Leisure Village Amateur Radio Club
The main goal of the LV Amateur Radio Club is to provide emergency communication between appropriate agencies in the Village, and from the Village to the City of Camarillo, to Ventura County, or to state agencies, in case of any emergency circumstances either inside the Village or in the larger outside community. The Amateur Radio Club works with the Emergency Services Organization (ESO), Leisure Village Security, and the Leisure Village Board. We maintain a disaster relief team which conducts disaster preparation and response practices quarterly. |  | |
From our Radio room we conduct a Thursday night drill each week. We meet in the Village room on the first Tuesday of each month, and, for special events, we will meet in the East parking lot.
The Amateur Radio Club publishes news of its upcoming events on Channel 25 in the first and third weeks of each month. For further information about our club and its events, please call any of the following:
